FEEDING OUR NEIGHBOURS
The Burlington Food Bank’s Feeding Our Neighbours Annual Report is a comprehensive review of the organization’s activities and accomplishments over the past year. The report is an essential resource for anyone who wants to understand the challenges faced by the Burlington community and how the Food Bank is addressing those challenges.

IMAGINING LOGOS
Logo Design has been a big part of my growth in artistic understanding. Focusing on composition and the use of colour and contrast have lead to some unique and eye-catching designs.
THE TRAVELLING APOTHECARY: A Hamilton, ON based “Bud Bar” to elevate your next big event. The Travelling Apothecary logo brief had three key words we focused on, “Witchy”, “Gothic” and “Intuitive”. To achieve this we chose a font that was legible but had that old-world vibe. For the graphical elements we pulled on some hand-drawn elements as well as some flourishes inspired by old tarot cards.
LITTLE BIRD: Bob McDonald has been designing and writing greeting cards for many years. Now in his nineties, Bob has unfortunately lost most of his sight but that hasn’t stopped him from imaging more Little Bird greetings cards. To make this possible we took Bobs original design for the character of Little Bird and digitized it. On top of this we created the Little Bird font from Bob’s own handwriting. Now with our help Bob can continue to make and send Little Bird greetings cards for years to come.
DICEY BUSINESS: A local board game cafe in Mississauga, ON, this Dicey Business logo was part of a brand overhaul. The logo itself was designed to be reminiscent of early 2000’s video aesthetics. The logo has seen numerous colours used over the last few years, but no of them could compare to the gold and red colour scheme used on the Dicey Business cards that we had printed. True class.

Through the cbmin.org website, CBM is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to engage donors effectively, provide transparency about their international projects, and facilitate contributions that directly impact the communities they serve. This project is a testament to CBM’s commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those in need, while ensuring an accessible and user-friendly platform for their valued supporters.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Project Database — Using WordPress plugins designed and built a searchable interface of CBM’s international projects allowing donors to engage with the projects that they care about most.
Donation System — Using Woocommerce online system created a robust donation system that included online Gift Catalogue

COLLECTIVE CUP COFFEE
The Collective Cup Coffee series of videos introduces a delightful and informative journey into the world of justice for global coffee farmers, coffee appreciation and brewing techniques. Among these engaging videos, “How to Brew a Perfect French Press Coffee” stands out as a compelling tutorial that coffee enthusiasts and beginners alike will find invaluable.

MUSIC VIDEO: BE THE CHURCH, SENT OUT
The music video for “Be the Church, Sent Out” is a jubilant celebration of 150 years of CBM (Canadian Baptist Ministries), encapsulating the spirit of community, faith, and service that has defined the organization’s journey. Set against a backdrop of diverse landscapes, bustling city streets, and serene countryside, the video captures the essence of CBM’s mission to spread love and compassion to all corners of the world.
